Simple filo pastry dessert

I have some leftover filo pastry. does anyone have any ideas for a simple (ish) dessert I can make with preferably not too much refined sugar ?

Use it scrunched up as a pie topping. Something like this.

wow amazing thanks and have almost all of those ingredients (will have to substitute agave syrup with maple but assume that's ok.

would also love to make baklava but they seem to be laden with sugar - anyone know "healthier" alternatives?
