Make me a nice pasta dish

Wanna do pasta for dinner. Dh will be at work and ds's will only eat it plain, so its really just for me.

I have a selection of stuff that i can use, but no inspiration (other then spag bol)

Bacon, tinned tomatoes, cheese, onions, mushrooms etc.

Any ideas??

Have you got any pesto? I just chuck whatever I've got in with pesto and it's yum

i cook some chicken breasts in stock, and come brocolli and pasta and chuck it all in a dish and pour cheese sauce over it all and bake in the oven.

or get a mushroom pasta sauce and cook some chicken in with it and pasta. Would be nice with bacon in as well if you have got some.

fry onions with bacon, add tinned tomatoes, turn down and simmer for 20 to 25 mins. add pasta top with cheese.

ooh that sounds yummy, have taken the bacon out of the freezer.
