The best vegetarian snacks and ready meals?

I'm not a vegetarian, but my wonderful friend is. She is watching out three kids for the night in the near future so that we can go and enjoy a night we have been looking forward to for years!!
Anyhow, i was planning on leaving her £20 and a few takeaway menus but a previous thread I started kind of deduced that that may not be received well and a lovely vegetarian dish and snacks would be more personal. So I'm asking, if you're a vegetarian or enjoy a vegetarian ready meal from time to time, what's best?

I have an Asda, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Aldi, Lidl and marks and spencer within an hours drive and of you have awesome veggie snack ideas too that would be great!!

Quorn cocktail sausages. Heavenly!

I second Quorn cocktail sausages! My kids LOVE them! Cauldron falafel is nice too.

M&S do some lovely veggie ready meals too. Sainsbury's do a veggie pizza with olives, roast veg and pesto which is delicious.

Things I'd like:

Pizza
Crisps and dips
Cheese and biscuits and fruit
Camembert with berry coulis and crusty bread
(Make sure any cheeses are animal rennet free)
Not all of them obviously and id be embarrassed if you went over the top.

I'm not a vegetarian, but I'd have a cheese board.

M&S do a nice range of little nibbly dishes, in the deli section, I'm sure Waitrose do too. Lots of vegetarian choices.

I would get some houmous and guacamole as well as some falafel - there is a range you can get in Tesco called Gosh which does some nice sounding products (it's in the fridge sections with quorn)

In terms of meals, there are some veggie options you can get these ones that come in a clear plastic pot/jar called Bol which are nice - again they are in the fridge section and i think most supermarkets have them

Oh and ice cream and popcorn - sofa surfing essentials!

Thanks for all of the suggestions!

Personally if it was me I'd go for the takeaway and order an Indian! Much nicer treat than a ready meal whilst babysitting, and the only shop bought snacks I really go for are crisps and humous. If someone left me some ready meals I wouldn't say anything but I'd be a bit nonplussed, I never buy them myself.

Shop bought snacks and ready meals are pretty much the opposite of personal.

I'd love a takeaway! But also
Falafel
Olives
Hummous
Nice bread
A really strong cheese

I would much prefer a takeaway. I'm veggie and although a lot of the things mentioned are nice, I'm not sure I would eat them just because they were there and there would be a lot for one for one evening.

Waitrose butternut squash falafels with toasted pita and beetroot and mint dip.
Sainsbury's sweet potato croquettes
Walkers garlic and herb pita chips
