Avocado help please....

Just taken me all these years to realise i love them!!
Went to lunch at a friends and she made avocado on soda bread with poached eggs and tomatoes.
Was very yummy...
How else can i eat it simply?

Home made guacamole knocks the socks off of any shop bought version. Chilli, tonnes of lime, a little olive oil and salt, a tiny bit of red onion, finely chopped cherry tomato and of course fistfuls of coriander.
I'm off to buy an avocado....

My favourite breakfast is sliced avocado on wholemeal bread with philadelphia chive cream cheese.

Balsamic vinegar, just pour in and eat with a spoon! Add sundried tomatoes and mozzarella too for a bigger meal.
