Theme dinner nights??

I'm looking to start really budgeting our meals ... just myself and DD (4) I was looking to have theme nights for dinner ... i.e. Sandwich night, leftover night, Mexican night etc... does anyone do this? Can you share your ideas with me TIA X

I don't but it sounds like fun.
Indian, Italian, Chinese night (any country you fancy really)
Tex mex
Pizza night
BBQ
Picnic
Only cooking from the store cupboard night
Omelette/frittata night
Toastie night
Or pick restaurants and replicate their dishes e.g Nando's, Wagamama etc
