Urgent: Indian fish recipe for tonight

I've got leftover veg from an Indian meal last night and 1 white fist flllet. It's just me tonight and I'd like to put some spices on the fish and fry it.
Any suggestions?
I have turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, cumin, coriander, paprika, mustard seeds, mustard powder, mustard, cumin seeds, curry powder, dessicated coconut.
No lemon juice or lemons in stock.

have you any plain yoghurt? YOu could mix a random selection of those spices with the yoghurt, coat the fish, bake and you've got a kind of tandoori fish
