Make plain wholewheat wraps more interesting...?

I've got some leftover wraps that need to be used today. Gonna serve them as a side with fish & salad. Anything I can do to make them more interesting (except putting all the stuff inside the wrap)??

Cut them into tortilla chip shapes, spray with a little oil, sprinkle on some cumin or paprika and bake in the oven - you get DIY tortilla chips!
