I love a bit of nigella! I love how she writes, her enthusiasm about food and lovely ingredients, and how easy, quick and yummy most of her recipes are! I was reading Kitchen this morning and made Korean Keema for lunch, bloody delicious, perfect for fighting off this horrid cold! What's everyone's favourite nigella recipes, I need suggestions of more fab things to cook!

Andy Fairfield Granola - my whole family loves it.
For the applesauce I just use baby purée apple & pear. It is lovely!

Need to think of others.

Oh god I love Nigella! I regularly make some of her (easier) one pot type of recipes.
My favourites are:
Chicken cacciatore. This is easy, cheap, delicious one pot comfort food.
Chicken with sage, lemon & onion. I made this at the weekend. We have this with potatoes and some green veg.
Keralan fish curry. This is a lovely summer recipe.
Marmite spaghetti! A ridiculously easy pasta dish for when there's nothing else in the house.
Tuna and beans. Easy, cold antipasti dish.
And her rocky road. Bloody lovely!

I'm loving her rice bowl recipe from her my most recent book. So simple and really tasty. Took me a while to find short grain rice though! Eventually did in Waitrose.

Oh and her sweet potato macaroni cheese from same book. Fabulous. A tasty way to hide a vegetable from DS!

Caramel croissant bread and butter pudding. I make mine with almond croissants though and add almond essence to the custard bit. I bloody love an almond croissant, this threads has made me hungry!

Oh the Nutella cheesecake is a massive favourite in this house too!!

Oh and I think maybe it's in feast, it's chicken thighs and sausages you bake together marinaded in sage and mustard, so good....

And her absolute love of a roast chicken in one of many scrumpy ways...was it nigella that suggested stuffing it with Boursin? I think maybe. That is soooooo delicious.

Thanks for all the suggestions, we're going to have a nigella week!

Chocolate loaf cake, can only make it occasionally as I would easily polish the whole thing off myself.
Chocolate peanut butter cheesecake - ditto
Prawn and mango curry.
The peanut sesame noodles.
Chicken and chorizo traybake.
Don't know if it's her patented method, but the trick of semolina on potatoes before roasting them.
Baileys tiramisu
Bit random but we also make her Poinsetta (sp?) drink at parties and it always goes down really well.

Chocolate Guinness cake - best cake ever.

Her veggie chilli isn't bad.

Watermelon and feta salad.

I've made almost all the cakes in the chocolate cake hall of fame in feast. Fantastic, the lot of them. Particularly the icing on the chocolate Guinness cake which is the only cream cheese icing I ever make any more.

Her chocolate key lime pie is amazing (I made it yesterday).

Christmas red cabbage made with half the sugar.

I find her writing really annoying but I love the recipes

Ok - best Nigella book? I've only got Domestic Goddess. Weirdly as I have a massive recipe book library. What should I invest in next?

I'd say Kitchen, purely for the variety, it's huge, Feast is gorgeous to read though.

I do love her recipes.

Ham in coke
Chicken cacciatore - we seem to have it about once a week
Chocolate key lime pie
Clementine cake
Chocolate orange loaf cake
Easter egg nest cake - gluten-free, and absolutely delicious. I am going to make it at other times of the year and fill it with something else.
Dark and sumptuous chocolate cake - had a success with this for a vegan recently.
Chocolate chip cookies from Kitchen
Chilli con carne in various incarnations
Lots of her Christmas recipes - Yule log, cranberry sauce, mini apple pies
