Chocolate banana bread no refined sugar

I have got an American one with wholewheat flour and walnuts that is lovely. We use 2oz of sugar rather than the amount quoted in the recipe.

It is in the Williams Sonoma baking book - looks surprisingly like this but with ⅔ wholewheat flour.
