I know I can't beat Pruni's one, but I just asked ds if he wanted cheese on his baked beans, and he said

"Only if we have any ripe brie"

Gee thanks

I suppose your children all make hilarious brie-related remarks all the time, is that it?

No. lol I like that How old is he?

Mine look with disdain at childrens menus when we go out and say airily 'could we have cheese and biscuits afterwards please' when steered towards the more mundane blob of vanilla ice cream and wafer.

What was Pruni's one?

Pruni's one was superb - she farted and her ds said "You sound like Grandfather!" "What?" "I mean Grandfather from Peter and the Wolf, Mummy."

I have not done it justice, actually

On the way home my ds said "Mummy, you do make a rather delicious omelette..."
