Also I am a bit confused as somebody said regular milk will curdle if it is around acidic foods. Is it the same thing with coconut milk? Also, where can I find chopped ginger? The link to the recipe www.goodhousekeeping.co.za/all-recipes/coconut-cauliflower-curry-bowls/
If I do this in my slow cooker, do I set it to low or high? Do I just add things in gradually like I would if I was doing it on the stove? Do I need to do it longer in the slow cooker?
