I know this is a done to death thread but I'm running out of ideas. My DC are fairly unfussy but still young. DH on the other hand is a nightmare.

Please share your meals everyone likes, especially grabbable packed lunch type stuff or lazy easy weekend lunches and make ahead stuff!

Mine all pretty obvious ones
Watercress soup - weirdly beloved by everyone
Veg and pork meatballs in Tom sauce with rice
Turkey and courgette meatballs in pitta with tahini yoghurt
Veg lasagne
Fish pie
Shepherds pie
Chicken leek and mushroom pie
Steak and ale stew with dumplings
Mushroom risotto
Veg and prawn stir fry noodles
Asianish Salmon kebabs
Fish cakes
Sweet corn fritters
Puff pastry with cheese and veg on top
Toad in the hole
Chicken tray bake

I need to get more inventive!

Here a couple of our family faves:
I usually add some grated carrot and courgette
This is a good one for the freezer
Usually serve with rice or mash

Oh just remembered - this is a real weekend favourite too.

With plain old cheese on toast on the side for us!

Our new family favourite is huevos rancheros. I would never in a million years think my kids would like it but they have surprised me. Kedgeree is very popular too.

Thinking about it I should probably give some more exotic brunches a try grin
