Hi,
Am going to brace using my Instant Pot tonight for a 1kg gammon. I would like it to be sliceable (rather than shredded) and have apple juice and brown sugar to cook it with.
Does anyone have any timings that I should use? Have read online and timings seem to vary from 7min - 20min!
