For nights when we're all eating at different times. I am just running out of ideas really.

So far I have:
Curry
Enchiladas
Lasagne/ other pasta bake
Chili
Fried rice (aware this requires care!)
Shephards pie
Cassoulet (or other bean-based casserole)

Lots of the above involve longer prep times so not very easy if you're in a rush for the first round!

Any other ideas that might be a bit quicker?

I do have a slow cooker but I don't always have the night before prep time on these days.

Soup and potatoes kept warm in the slow cooker

Gammon and potato salad - wouldn't need to really heat

Things that we do on top of yours are:
Sausage casserole with new potatoes cooked in with it so it's a one pot dish
Stew
Chicken casserole, again potato in
Pork and cider casserole again with potatoes in

Savoury mince, can be quick by using a tin of oxtail soup instead of making a stock

Thanks for all the ideas - I've added quite a few to my list!
