Panini filling ideas

Paninis are my teenage boys' new favourite food. They both have hollow legs and quite frankly there are much worse things they could be eating! It is half term here this week so I'm stocking the fridge, and I'd love some new ideas of what they could put in their paninis.

Usuals here are:
Chicken, pesto and mozarella
Ham, cheddar and tomato
Goat's cheese, pesto and sundried tomatoes

Any suggestions?

My sons fav is pesto bacon and mushrooms with smoked applewood cheese

And my eldest daughter uses Nutella and banana but she's strange.

Heinz have a range of flavoured beans and pulses called creationz and one of these is a mixed bean veggie chilli. This heated and put into a panini with grated cheese and guacamole is amazing.

Yum - never mind the boys, I'm getting quite excited at the sound of some of these! Why have I never thought of putting avocado in a panini?
