What are you all making in your Instant Pots?

I blummin ❤️ my Instant Pot!

I use it several times a week for things like stock, bolognese, chilli, my usual chicken/lamb curries and soups (broth, leek & pot, cauli, celeriac).

But what are you using yours for? I've been googling for inspiration, but so many of the recipes are American and they seem to go for sweeter flavours than I would eat (sugar in meat dishes seems pretty common )

So would any of you like to share your savoury recipes that I can try in my IP?
