Healthy and yummy tasting microwave meals please.

Builders are here for 4 weeks and I am looking for ideas for meals. No hob or oven - just microwave - although I will beg my mum and mil to cook me some fish/meat/potato pies that I can stick in the freezer.
But are there any really nice tasting mwave chilli or fish pie's or the like that I can buy - or do they all taste yuk?
