Asked DH to get 'something fresh' for dinner - I'm cooking. He came back with two bits of haddock, two bits of cod, a box of fish fingers and a bag of kale. Was going to make a fish dish - maybe with tomatoes/roast veg and cous cous or with new potatoes and a cheese sauce. Am feeding 7 of us - would you do fish fingers for the children and then something else for the adults? Or vice versa for that matter - the kids don't much like fish fingers but DH loves them. Or does anyone have a clever concoction using fresh fish and fish fingers together? Fish tacos maybe? Thanks!
