I'm getting bored and frustrated by lunch options (and I'm possibly just really fussy).
I've moved offices so I finally have access to a microwave, which is a bonus, but I need ideas for healthy lunches I can bring in. (Trying to lose weight)
I already bring in soups that I make and freeze at the weekend, but I'm getting a little bored.
Difficulties (or fussiness):
- I don't like salady things particularly - lettuce does odd things to my teeth
- I don't want anything that smells too strongly, out of fairness to my work colleagues
- I already spend a lot of time in the evenings preparing (dull, family friendly) meals, so don't want to spend an eternity making something in the evening
- I will soon have an place where I can store non-perishables, and we have a small fridge in the office too, but I commute by train, so it all needs to be fairly portable.
Other than salads, I'm not fussy food-wise. And I do like the idea of salads, just not the reality...
Any ideas?
