What salads can I make with this

I'm going to the park today with my Son. He likes to have a picnic on the bench (even in the winter). I don't have as much as I usually do in and I forgot to buy cheese so can't make a lot of my usual recipes. Any ideas on what salads/dishes I can make with this that will be okay eaten cold?

6 cooked chargrilled chicken wings
Pasta
houmous
carrots
bread
biscuits
lots of spices including garam masala, jerk seasoning, mixed herbs, garlic and ginger mix (but neither separately annoyingly),
vegetable fingers
olive oil
greek yogurt
porridge oats
apricots
grated apples
bananas
kidney beans
red pesto
baked beans
boiled potatoes
mashed potato
fried potatoes
plain noodles
spring rolls
roasted parsnips
minced beef
roasted sprouts


It's such an odd combination. I have no dressings or sauces. I would have made coronation chicken if I had curry powder. I also have no soy sauce for something like stir fry so I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to do.

I have doughnuts and yogurt for dessert.

Any ideas?

Cook some pasta and use the pesto as a dressing, you could add olives to this pasta salad.

Grate some carrot, to the yoghurt add either whole grain mustard or garam masala, stir the yoghurt into the grated carrot.

Drain the kidney beans (are they tinned?) add some chopped apricots and grated apple, and stir in a French dressing.

Will the vegetable sticks go with the houmus?

All these will go with the chicken.

Oh! Potato salad with the boiled potatoes, just add mayonnaise!

Add a bit of garam masala to the hummus along some apricots- instant marrocan chicken, kind of. Add the apple and yogurt to the pasta and you have a side.
