HairsprayBabe Sat 22-Oct-16 09:32:15

I use this lentil pie recipe from naturally ella

I sometimes swap the pastry top for either mash, sweet potato mash or bean mash smile

I only started meal planning a few weeks ago. Trying to get a couple chicken, a couple of red meat and one fish dish in a week. DH looks traumatised when I suggest a meat-free day, so I'll work on that slowly.
