Winter warmers

So I do my regular round of winter warmers which include cottage pie, stew, lasagne, curries.. all of which I do very healthily.
Can anyone recommend a good winter warmer (prefer one dish) meal that I can do and freeze/ reheat?

I really like tagines for this - you can make so many different variations and they normally actually taste better when reheated - this is one of my favourite ones www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipe/fish-tagine-saffron-almonds - although i confess I've never done the almond bit

I do a chicken stew. Works best with a whole chicken or legs, but I just chuck it in a pot with any combo of sweet potato, butternut squash, leeks, mushrooms, carrots and courgette with stock, herbs, balsamic vinegar and worstershire sauce and let it cook. When it's done, pick out the bones and serve with lovely rolls. It freezes really well (goes all mushy and soupy) and tastes lush the next day.

This squash and chickpea stew gets rolled out every autumn in my house. It's delicious!
