Miles easier - IIRC, it's just mushrooms, cream, white wine. Oh, and rice. Think there's a herb in it somewhere but can't remember which.

Here's a recipe , but I've also seen it with white wine and cream and olive oil.

I make it with mushrooms, creme fraiche, white wine and a dollop of Boursin (the garlic and herb one) -delicious and very simple.

sour cream works better than normal cream - and I would start by frying onions in butter, then add the mushrooms etc
