I have to start cooking super-low-fat things for dinner - health issue. I'm reading lots of books but I hate not knowing how nice things are before I cook them! Do you have any tried and true very-low-fat dinners (even healthy fats are out. Must be less than 10% fat overall) that you can recommend? I'm thinking going veggie is a pretty good start but anything meaty would be welcomed :)
