Ideas for leftover roast pork

Cooked a very large pork joint yesterday expecting 9 people for lunch but ended up with only 4. I now have pork coming out of my ears and would appreciate any tried and tested recipe suggestions please

Cold meat and salad. I love cold pork, great in sandwiches with a bit of apple sauce. Alternatively you could try a Pigmans pie (shepherds pie made with pork rather than lamb.
