my ds tried an egg <proud>

OUr biggest leap forward in his eating since last march. For a child that has basically lived on fruit, rice cakes and toast with marmite for most of the past year it is a huge step.

He tried a bit of the yolk on some toast. And he also tried a bit of a cake today. He asked for both these things as well so we thought we'd try it

I know noone on here knows about my ds eating probs, but I wanted to share anyway as we are so pleased.

Just need to get him to try fish, meat (or even vege alternatives) and maybe after that cooked meals

Still got a long way to go, but its enough to keep us going for another year

Congrats!!! You don't say how old DS is - mine is 2.5 and won't eat any fruit or veg unless it is totally hidden. Also doesn't like anything sweet - how weird is that! Choc makes him gag! Well done you!!!

thanks he's just about 2.4 now.

Funnily enough fruit and veg we have no problems with.
