Help! How do I. make Garlic mash? 10 guests arriving in30 mins and...

I have just eaten 17 of their roast potatoes

Stick a bulb of garlic into the oven wrapped in foil. Cook mash, after 15/20 minutes take the garlic out and peel it(or squeeze it out) into the potatoes and stir it in.

I roast the garlic first, so that it's mild and creamy, then squeeze it into the potato when I've mashed it.

Wrap the garlic (whole and unpeeled) in foil, bake it in the oven for about 25 minutes until it's all soft inside.

best way is with roasted garlic- but might take too long.
roast garlic bulb whole in over
squeeze out puree from each clove and add with butter to mashed spuds

could also carefully fry some finely chopped garlic in butter and add- but don't let it colour or burn or it will taste yuk

you roast potato monster you...
