inspire me with chicken

Cos I am sick of the same thing over and over. Currently have 2 chicken breasts defrosting and need to make something my fussy dh will eat.

Any ideas? Nothing too expensive!

Marinade in honey and mustard and a little olive oil and then bake, easy and really delicious hot or cold!
