What do you put on your BBQ? We've had so many recently and completely fed up of burger and sausage. Any tasty suggestions?

We're doing tandoori chicken today. Marinate chicken in tandoori spice mix, natural yoghurt and bit of lemon juice for a couple of hours. Also having marinated spare ribs - they will be cooked in the oven and just finished off on the grill. Will also have BBQ fresh corn on the cob.

This is in addition to sausages and beef and lamb burgers as they are just so child friendly Smile

I have previously really enjoyed grilled strips of Courgette and Red pepper marinated in a little olive oil, basil and lemon zest.

Butterflied leg of lamb, often in some sort of marinade. Either yogurt or oil based, with garlic, lemon, herbs, Moroccan-style spices - whatever I can find and feel like, basically! Lush.

I'm definitely going for some of these ideas. I like the sound of tandoori or jerk chicken.
