Poach fish in milk with chopped spring onions.

Boil potatoes and mash with creme fraishe and use the milk you poached the fish in

Fold fish into potato with grated cheese.

Top with more cheese if wanted.

Thats it! Not suitable for a dinner party but a great family meal.

Forgot to add AND BAKE
It's also best to use a ricer on the potatoes if you have one.
