ideas for a spiralizer

I have been given a free electric spiralizer to try . I made a stir fry last night with courgettes and carrots. May try some sweet potato curly fry type thing today.
Any other ideas or tips?

Bolognaise sauce with courgetti is nice
Spiralised apple sprinkled with brown sugar and cinnamon - I heat mine slightly so the sugar goes a bit caramel like
Butternut squash spaghetti with white fish
Cucumber noodles with smoked salmon is a nice light lunch - or you can do it with courgetti and some softened Philadelphia
