SC Curry Recipe for a crowd?

Lots of people coming over tomorrow evening to watch the football. I was going to get a takeaway but I think it might be best if I do a curry - and if it's a slow cooker one I can get it all done first!

If you have a great one to recommend I'd be very grateful!

A biryani could be perfect as it has the rice in it - so you would just need to sort the accompaniments (naan bread/chapati/popadoms etc) just before serving
