When we can't all way together, I like the idea of at least sitting down together for pudding. Fruit and yogurt just doesn't do it!
We can eat most things but no nuts.
Any ideas?

Bill Grainger's banana and butterscotch pudding is lovely and very easy, nice with custard, cream or ice cream.

Pineapple upside down cake is delicious and not a cake, more a pudding because of the caramelised pineapple and oozing butter. It's old fashioned but everyone likes it.

Chocolate brownies with vanilla ice cream.

Baked apples core the apples and stuff with butter brown sugar and dried fruit wrap in tin foil and bake. 15 - 20 mins I think. Serve with ice cream or custard

Treacle tart is DS's current favourite. Not the healthiest but easy & scrummy.

DC won't eat custard - just remind him that means no ice cream because its based on custard
