What's for dinner this week? I haven't planned too far ahead:

Mon: Cauliflower rice with roasted chickpeas, broccolini, coriander and lemon/tahini sauce
Tues: Bean chilli
Weds: Red lentil, red pepper and tomato soup (with orzo for DC)
Thurs: Paella
Fri: DS cooks
Sat: DH sorting the kids as I'm working all day
Sun: brunch out, BBQ here (Brazilian friends doing the meat while I sort out the vegetarians - so prob HFW potato salad, lentils and bruschetta, various grilled veggies, and some h/m bean burgers I have in the freezer from the last one)

I've managed this thus far:

Monday: cauli rice with mushroom stroganoff (5:2 fast day)
Tuesday: Ocado shopping is coming - exciting times!!
Wednesday: dunno yet, but a fast day
Thursday: Bucatini all'Amatriciana
Friday: eating out before a gig
Saturday: no idea
Sunday: pork and black pudding sausages and mash.

Today dh cooked duck breast with minted peas and baby potatoe, dessert ginger cake cream
Tuesday veg tagine, cous cous dessert chocolate tart
Wednesday chicken salad dessert fruit salad
Thursday date night out for dinner at the local Italian
Friday home made burgers and sweet potatoe fries
Saturday home made quiche with salad
Sunday roast beef and trimmings

Lots of good inspiration here!

Monday - chickpea, ginger, lemongrass, veggies noodle broth type thing
Tuesday - shepherds pie
Wednesday - baked potatoes with tuna, cheese and beans
Thursday - homemade veggie curry
Friday - homemade pizza
Saturday - dh and I are going out for dinner (yay!) so the little uns are having fish finger wraps (favourite tea of the 4 year old!)
Sunday - roast duck (family coming round)

Celery soup with oven cooked Camembert and stuff

Leek gratin

Pack choi noodle dish

Lemon chicken or lemon salmon

Probably some veg stuffed with puy lentils

Tues: warm salad with sautéed greens, broad beans, feta with sourdough baguette
Wed: osso bucco
Thurs: fish pie
Fri: sweet potato jackets with grilled veg and yoghurt sauce
Sat: ostrich steak, grilled asparagus, roasted tomato
Sunday: nduja pasta

Monday - Warm potato salad with smoked mackerel, beetroot and rocket
Tuesday - salmon and stir fried greens (fast day)
Wednesday - Beef pho
Thursday - Mushroom omelette and salad (fast day)
Friday - cod and spinach curry

Tonight quinoa garden veggie salad
Wednesday: roast Garlic pasta with artichoke and asparagus
Thursday: spicy rice noodle salad
Friday: pub grub
Saturday: veggie paella

Saturday - we had a curry feast - Rogan Josh, Chicken tikka masala, HM tomato salsa, puppodums and plain rice
Sunday - we had a "platter" (cured meats, cheese, olives, tomatoes, sliced peppers)
Monday - Chicken fajitas
Tuesday - mashed potatoes, salmon, steamed broccoli
Wednesday - chorizo potatoes
Thursday - some sort of rubbish from freezer (DH is away)
Friday - probably Dominos for DD and takeaway curry for me (DH home at midnight)

Nice to see other fasters on here! Mine this week will be weds (the red lentil soup) and Saturday (I'll get something for me to have out at work, makes catering the rest of the week easier)

Tomorrow : some sort of bastardised veggie pealla
Sunday: roast chickpea fajitas
Monday: cous cous with roasted veg
Tuesday: balsamic pasta with garlic and pine nuts
Wednesday: chickpea and cauliflower stew
Thursday: spring veg gnocci

W....jacket potato and cheese and beans

Today: baked potatoes, salad and veggie sausage rolls
Tomorrow: a (homemade) curry feast
Sunday: no idea
Monday: flatbreads, Greek salad, falafel etc
Tuesday: Quorn pie (going to do like a Shepherds pie filling but then use pastry instead of mash) and vege
Wednesday: black bean soup and nachos
Thursday: veggie pasta bake
Friday: maybe burritos or maybe veggie sausage casserole

I may be spending more time on this topic, if you'll have me.

Planned sausages last night, roast chicken for Sunday lunch and on Friday DD said she wants to be a vegetarian <pulls own hair out> so that is a far as my list goes - straight out the window.

Wednesday - balsamic chicken salad (FD)

Queen how do you do your veggie paella?

In dire need of inspiration for meals in this house, getting a big box of veg delivered on Wednesday so fingers crossed I can do some half decent things with that.

this week is utterly boring as DH is away and I'm working all hours at the theatre (and fasting two days)

Mon - bean chilli and cauliflower rice
Tues - DC veggie fried rice, me kale and white bean soup
Weds - DC pasta pesto, me cauli rice and asparagus mint salad
Thurs - DC risotto, me kale and white bean soup
Fri - avocado pasta (courgetti for me, spaghetti for DC)
Sat - I'm out
Sun - I'm out!
