Egg whites

OK so my tesco order has just delivered and I didn't realise that I have ordered 'egg whites', apparently in my fridge I now have 15 egg whites in a tetra pack carton.

I know I could make meringue, but it's not something I like so what else can I do?

I add them to scrambled eggs, omelettes, smoothies...but then I lift weights so the added protein is a bonus. Maybe find a cake recipe?

Souffle omelette?
Add to fruit puree and freeze for sorbet

Baked Alaska. It freezes well afterwards also, but you need to slice before freezing!

Also i read somewhere the other day about something called cloud bread which apparently uses up egg whites ...sounds a tad odd though

Iles flottantes is fab, made with poached meringue which is a different texture to baked meringue, so you might like it. Usually served with a cold vanilla custard sauce made from the egg yolks, but you could serve with a fruit puree or a ready made chocolate sauce.
