Enids most unclear MN chicken nuggets recipe

Does the author mean to mince chicken or to chop it ? Are ingredients 1-4 mixed together?

No idea if 175 g of breadcrums go with those too?

Garlic as well?

Ingredients

1 pinch salt and pepper
175 g cheddar
1 tbsp mayonnaise
750 g chicken
1 eggs
1 clove garlic
175 g breadcrumbs
1 bowl fine toast breadcrumbs
Method

Preheat oven to 180C.
Mix all ingredients up to and including salt and pepper together.
Form into walnut-sized nuggets and roll them in beaten egg and then in toasted breadcrumbs.
You can freeze them now if you want to.
If cooking now, place on greased baking sheet and cook for about 20 minutes (45 minutes if frozen).
