As in if you use egg to stick breadcrumbs to things?

Well, it can be stored in the fridge, or frozen. But if there are floaty bits in it, or it was used to coat raw chicken I wouldn't take the risk.

Ah. Yeah I wanted to make breaded chicken - make it now. Cook it at dinner time

Do you just mean the uncooked egg on the now breaded chicken? Yes, that's totally fine!

Just chuck away any unused egg that's been in contact with the chicken.

Oh you mean on the chicken?

I thought you meant the leftover egg.

I don't see any reason why you couldn't cover it well and keep it in the fridge until later, but I have to say I have never done it. I usually bread the chicken, flash fry to crisp the coating and then finish in the oven.

Yes having breaded the chicken so raw egg plus raw chicken - can I put it in the fridge for cooking later?

Or freezer even for another day?

Yes, you can, but as Liz says, I'd probably flash fry them and then flash freeze (once cooled, lay them out on a baking tray in the freezer so they won't all stick together in the bag) before chucking them all in a freezer bag.
