Well? Easier the bett. I have a bag of the above named veg cubed and about to be out of date. Also have an under used slow cooker. So.......
I dont weight but I just chuck in onion cartot leek whatever veg I have 2 stock cubes and a chilli and cover with water turn it low and go to bed. Take out the chilli and blitz the next morning. I add cream or milk as I reheat it
