I would braise them with some onions, mushrooms, garlic and red wine with robust herbs like rosemary and thyme.

They're just thin steaks stuffed with (usually) rice & veggies & things. They're v nice. Just gently fry them in a little olive oil till the steaks are cooked through. Serve with jacket spuds or baby new potatoes. If you're feeling adventurous you could make a little red wine sauce or some gravy to go with them

Often stuffed with sausage meat up here. Tasty. Agree with others - make sone sort of gravy, serve with poratoes and a veg. Yum.
