What to have with Thai fishcakes

Not proper ones - just fancy breaded fishcakes with a bit of lemongrass and chilli in them I guess (Aldi special).

I want to make them into a main meal but no idea what to serve with them?? Noodles?? Mash?! Sauteed potatoes and stir fry veg?? Peas??

Its such a strange combo I am really stuck!

They're yummy but quite spicy. I'd do a green salad with them - add a bit of sweet chilli sauce into the dressing or thai 7 spice.

Ooh thank you - excellent I have noodles and sweet chilli sauce - no salad really so will go with the stir fry idea. Yippee instant practically no cook dinner - tick, tick tick!

I make coconut rice with Thai dishes. Really easy, make it in the microwave, Basmati rice, coconut milk, lemon grass and a little of water. Really lovely.

I also like to do stir fry veg with soy, honey, ginger, garlic and chilli.

Thai is my fav food. Hope you enjoy x
