4 friends are coming over next week. I'm hosting. Things are tight this month so searching my freezer I have a small rib of beef, a duck crown, a pork belly and a gammon. Could I do a Chinese style feast with these meats? (One of my friends loves Chinese!) Can anyone help with recipes for the different meats? I was going to get frozen dumplings too (morrisons) and maybe do a vegetable stir fry and noodles. I have two ovens so should be ok for space. All suggestions gratefully received as I don't eat meat!
