Fruit jam and sugar are my classics.

If I want to dress it up I do bolognese, or ice cream and sauce.

Nothing beats cheap jam & sugar though.

Crêpe Suzette... butter, alcohol....Oh and a bit of fruit so it counts towards 5 a day ;)
Lemon and sugar if it's a bit early for that.

Ham, gruyère and egg for savoury.

PS. Why do you have to pick? We have two pancake courses!

Sweet: Nutella and banana

Savoury-goat's cheese and beetroot chutney (or slices of beetroot) or mushroom and feta
Sweet-nothing beats the classic lemon and sugar

Layered some lasagne-style with leftover chilli.

Then, just lemon and sugar for pudding.

Bacon and maple is my current fave. It was our dinner tonight as well.

Golden syrup. In Scotland it's the law.

Lemon and sugar for me, Nutella and icing sugar for DD2 and any kind of berry with icing sugar for DD1. DH will eat anything sweet on them.

Didn't do any today but I'm nicking that blueberry and syrup idea Grin

Every year for breakfast I have 1x lemon and sugar and 1x cheese and spinach Grin

If I have them later that day I'll have a nutella and banana one, but usually the 2 at breakfast are my fill.
