Make a mango sorbet, yum.

A mango coulis or put it in a smoothy.

Lassi - lovely.
Blend the mango with natural yoghurt, milk/water and perhaps a bit of icing sugar, and serve over ice.

Lassi or blend with condensed milk and freeze for an easy mango kulfi.

Mango milk shake...just like banana milk shake. Mango pulp, milk, sugar depending on how sweet mango is. Whizz up in blender. Doesn't keep well though.

Actually I once made sweetened mango puree and put alternate layers of puree and greek yoghurt in pretty glasses. Went down very well!

Mmmm I like the idea of the alternate layers that sounds so yummy!!
I think i will do the milkshake though so simple ! What would happen if I used ice cream instead of milk? I'm guessing it would be like a really thick shake.
