Just a quick one really and Google isn't being very helpful!
I'm making my OH an Eton mess for his Christmas pudding and I'm just wondering if I whipped the cream up in the morning, whether it would still be whipped enough to put together with the meringue and berries in the afternoon? I'd keep it in the fridge obviously but I wondered if anyone else had had any experience? It'd save me loads of time.
