I need to have a veggie mains for five for Christmas day but without the above ingredients. I have trawled the Internet but am not sure what I can do.
Any ideas pls?

You could leave the onion out of that, maybe add some other type of veg? Stick some mushrooms in to bulk it out a bit more?

Gnocchi in a tomato sauce (no onion etc) or blue cheese sauce.

Stuffed big mushrooms either sweet chilli &haloumi or goats cheese, butternutsquash, roasted cherry tomatoes.

Filo tart? With the above goats cheese filling?

Find an eggless recipe and replace garlic with minced ginger, or finely chopped chili, or minced and soaked turmeric, or possibly ground nutmeg and lemon zest. Replace onions with mushrooms and sage, tomatoes and rosemary, or chestnuts and thyme.

Filo tart with feta and cranberry sauce.

Or maybe a misture of feta and goats cheese with cranberry sauce.

Is it a garlic and onion allergy or just a dislike? The Hare Krishnas do not eat egg, garlic or onion, they use asafoetida to replace the garlic/onion flavour. I wonder if you'd find a recipe from them?
