I follow the instructions to the letter, pour the batter into the bowl with the dasher turning. Everything is fine for about 2 minutes and then the clicking sound starts and I have to turn the machine off. I now have frozen batter sticking to the sides and bottom of the bowl with the rest of the mixture runny. It's almost as if the bowl is too cold if that makes sense. According to the instructions it should take about 20 mins before it's ready. Called Kitchen aid who suggested that it could be because I left the bowl in the freezer too long even though the instructions suggest leaving it for a minimum of 15 hours. WTF? Anyone else have this problem?
