I need to serve these at work. Which is best?

Can I cook before and reheat? (Never done so before- would it work )

Also veggies. Do they do veggie ones that are fatty enough to roast?

Honey + soy sauce + sesame oil + sesame seeds.
Chuck it all about. Put in the oven for a lot longer than you think.

I'd do honey and dijon mustard, no idea about veggie sausages, sorry.

my favourite is from nigellas Christmas book - sweet chilli sauce, cranberry sauce, soy sauce, dark sugar and some sharp juice (her recipe uses lime and clementine but I think I've used lemon if that's all I have in fridge)

Hmm, I usually make it up as I go along - honey, mustard, juice of an orange, dash of soy or Worcestershire sauce, or sweet chilli sauce....

Ok, this sounds odd but I can almost guarantee you that they will go down a treat. secret, and only, ingredient is marmalade.

  1. Put cocktail sausages in oven for 10 mins

  1. Take out sausages and dollop 3-4 tables spoons of good quality marmalade (fine cut) on top - do not stir (yet). Put back into oven

  1. After 5 mins, remove sausages again and stir through marmalade (which will be runnier now, so easier to stir). Put back into oven

  1. Cook for further 10-15min
