I have been tasked with making some egg and gluten free biscuits for my DD's Christmas party and I was hoping someone here has a tried and tested recipe.I often try gluten free baking with varying success as I don't like the gritty texture lots of things have.
These are really nice with choc chips added as the oats make them chewy. Or you could try Nutella cookies if you are allowed to use Nutella.
Make shortbread with rice flour - add choc chips or flour with orange and dip in choc. Stem ginger is good with dark choc.
Not quite a biscuit, but how about flapjacks? You can get certified gluten-free oats
