Nut-free christmas recipes

Help! Just been told to avoid nuts and sesame and looked at all our Christmas food in panic! Everything I've lovingly stored contains nuts! I guess I'd better get baking...
Has anyone easy-peasy recipes for mincemeat, chrissie cake, biscuits, gingerbread etc|?
Many thanks

For things like Christmas cake, mincemeat and plum pudding, I just use the normal recipe and replace the nuts with extra fruit. Oh, and no marzipan/almond paste on cake of course. Biscuits, gingerbread ... most recipes don't have nuts. Nigella does a couple of biscuit recipes which are fine - she also does a recipe for the most gorgeous cranberry, white chocolate & pecan cookies ... I just replace the required quantity of pecan nuts with cranberries & white choc chips and the biscuits are delicious.

Thanks Millie1. Didn't know if nuts had some magic effect on baking. Guess not! Will do as suggested and get baking!
