Your favourite autumn and winter cookbooks?

When the nights draw in and you're snuggled beside the fire with candles lit and a blanket around you, what cookbooks do you like to dive into?

My favourite is Diana Henry's Roast Figs Sugar Snow and I like Jill Norman's Winter Food, but I could do with some more!
